The Restorative Justice for All International Institute (RJ4All) is delighted to be recruiting our next team member to join our big family as RJ4All Europe Manager. This is a key leadership role within the organisation, responsible for driving both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of RJ4All Europe.

RJ4All Europe is the Institute’s sister organisation based in Cyprus. It was founded by Dr Theo Gavrielides as the child of RJ4All with a vision is of a world that fully embraces the restorative justice values of power sharing, fairness, equality, dignity, and respect, and where abuse of power is eliminated.

The job is remote and offered on a consultancy basis. Candidates do not need to be based in Cyprus but local applicants will be prioritised.

Job Description

Our Cyprus office was recently established to ensure our International Institute continues its mission in Europe. Since its establishment it has grown rapidly with several EU funded projects. We are looking for an experienced manager to help us continue this growth. Initially, we do not anticipate for the job to take more than 8 consultancy days per month. However, we do expect this role to grown and for more days to be required. 

The RJ4All Europe Manager is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the RJ4All Director and working closely with the UK Operations Director and the Research & Policy Director. The post holder will provide strategic and operational oversight for RJ4All Europe, including the delivery of regional projects, line management of project officers, and support for organisational development in areas such as risk management, HR, and finance.

A central responsibility of this role is to drive innovation and explore new approaches to project delivery, income generation, and marketing and communications. The Europe Manager will also lead fundraising initiatives, cultivate strategic partnerships, and enhance RJ4All’s visibility and influence across Cyprus and Europe. The role demands independence, creativity, and integrity, along with a strong commitment to advancing RJ4All’s mission and ensuring its long-term sustainability.

Key Tasks

Job Description

Essential 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related  
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a relevant field such as equalities or crime prevention 
  • Knowledge of restorative justice and RJ4All areas of expertise 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to contribute to decision-making and planning 
  • Ability to work independently, willingness to learn and develop as a leader, inspire others and self, motivate and set own priorities 

Desirable 

  • Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or related 
  • Certified trainings in restorative justice and other relevant areas 
  • Experience in non-profit, CIC, or small business environment
