An exciting training event took place in Tanzania, bringing together youth workers and facilitators for an immersive learning experience as part of the Building Bridges project. The program began with a welcome session and a comprehensive project presentation, followed by key discussions on Youth Work and Virtual Exchanges, Understanding and Managing Diversity, and Designing Youth-Friendly Activities.

Participants engaged in collaborative group work. The training also included team-building activities, exploration of digital tools, and interactive sessions on Conflict Prevention and Resolution in Virtual Contexts. Participants explored the European Youth Goals and Youth Participation Frameworks and deepened their understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The event concluded with a reflective outdoor session on Youth Work, a city rally in Dar es Salaam, final group presentations on key facilitation principles and digital engagement techniques, and a closing evaluation.
