We pursue our mission by delivering social justice and poverty relief projects, free skills-development and educational programmes, youth clubs, intercultural and awareness raising workshops, internships and high-quality volunteering opportunities.
At RJ4All Europe, we strongly believe that social justice cannot be achieved through laws and structured systems alone. The UNDP, UNICEF and UN Women all agree with us as they estimated that in the majority of UN member states, 70% of all disputes are dealt with through informal justice.
Local communities are stepping up to claim ownership, or at least demands joint custody, of justice and criminal justice. It is within this transitional global and political framework that RJ4All Europe exists, aiming to create a global peace movement for social change.

Center for Development and Peace (CDP-Kenya)
Kenia – Africa
Center for Development and Peace (CDP-Kenya) is a young women-led, not for profit organization, committed to championing gender equality and the rights of women and girls. Our mission is to expand opportunities for women and girls to realize their full potential, agency, and freedom- free from violence, discrimination, and systemic barriers.
CDP-Kenya came together in response to the persistent inequalities, and negative harmful norms that continue to hold women and girls back, especially in coastal Kenya’s conservative and patriarchal settings. We recognized that early and unplanned pregnancies, sexual and gender-based violence, and economic exclusion drastically limit girls’ futures. When a girl becomes pregnant, she often faces school dropout, limits job prospects, and heightened their vulnerability to poverty and social isolation.
CDP Kenya places itself at the heart of equitable community development. Our vision is “a just and gender-equitable society where women and girls live with dignity, lead in decision-making spaces, and actively shape the social, economic, political, and environmental transformation of their communities. We are intentional about promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), advancing women’s economic empowerment, amplifying women’s leadership in peace-building and governance, and ensuring women’s voices are at the heart of the climate justice agenda.”

Our work is guided by compassion, integrity, social justice, and sustainability.
A Somalia where communities live in hygienic, healthy, and peaceful environments with access to quality education, health services, and life opportunities.
We stand for community development and empowerment, equipping young people and vulnerable groups with skills, knowledge, and resources to improve their lives. Through advocacy, training, and targeted interventions, we address health awareness (HIV/AIDS, sanitation), vocational and agricultural training, women’s empowerment, and clean water access.
Many Somali communities, especially rural areas, face gaps in education, healthcare, and economic opportunity. Government resources and NGO interventions often fall short. ICO was founded to bridge these gaps with youth-led initiatives that are culturally grounded, cost-effective, and driven by local ownership.
